A picture named Randell.jpg

He called Terri's condition a lie.

Why would judge Greer want to kill Terri?

Joe asked the obvious question: Why?

Terry: Because he wanted her dead. Because he decided she wasn't going to live...

Why on earth would any judge want that? (We have some information about judge Greer here )

Of course Joe doesn't ask him to prove the allegations. That would be too easy. Simply let him make an accusation that a judge wants to kill somebody, then go on to call Michael a liar.

You may recall Randall Terry, the former head of "Operation Rescue" who was arrested dozens of times for trespassing (and other crimes) as he engaged in "civil disobedience" at abortion clinics. He was also successfully sued for harassing women at the clinics, causing him to declare bankruptcy when the plaintiffs tried to collect...read more

This is the sort of information the media should be telling people when they bring up his name as the representative of the Schindler's. I don't pretend to know Michael Shiavo, but I do know Randall Terry. Obsidian Wings has a lot of information about Terri's condition here. These people are going to get more of our judges killed. I want to thank our liberal media once again.

Obsidian Wings on Terri Shiavo

As I take a break, I flip thru the TV in time to see Terry Randall call Judge Greer and Michael Shiavo liars and scam artists. Earlier I heard others call Michael a possible murderer and if Terri were to regain consciousness she would finger him. I have to turn it off because I just read World O' Crap tell me all about Randall ( I'll post the video a little later) and my head feels like it's going to explode. I look around for more information on the case and I discover Obsidian Wings's post on Terri. I'll be back in a little while to finish...please read the post. (I discovered this post because of Alas (a blog) I have some video posted on Weldon in case you want to see him in action. You'll know what I mean after you read the post.

How dumb are TV reporters

?

Ken Sanders of NBC said outside the courthouse: It appears to me that he(the judge) was listening rather closely to the arguments...

What was he supposed to be doing you jackass?

"One of the arguments David Gibbs II, attorney for the Schindlers made was that since the removal had already taken place, the State judge's order has been met so to re-insert the tube would not be a violation..."

Let's hope the judge rules quickly in this case.

This is what happens when you stop viewing education as an investment that society makes in itself, and start viewing it as a product purchased by individual student/consumers. Students begin to expect their instructors to cater to them and their preconceptions, rather than challenging them to think beyond what they already know (or think they know)

Nothing Ever Happens on Mars

Anyone else get the feeling that the national GOP leadership is Travis Bickle and he's just found his Iris (Jodie Foster). Except in this version of Taxi Driver, he ends up killing everybody, including Iris, and thereafter receives a Presidential pardon for having participated in the My Lai massacre. In other, obviously less important, news:... read on
