Dorsey Shaw over at Buzzfeed caught this telling moment as a Republican congressman, presiding over the floor of the House of Representatives attempted to take a nap while crazy Louie Gohmert (R-TX) droned on. Honestly though, can anyone really blame Rep. George Holding (R-NC) for this natural inclination?
