Mike Schmidt Will Join Jamie Moyer And Matt Stairs In The Booth For Phillies, According To Report

Pretty soon, the Phillies will be able to field a team with just the former players in their broadcast booth.

According to Ryan Lawrence of the Philadelphia Daily News, Phillies' legend Mike Schmidt is expected to join Matt Stairs and Jamie Moyer in the booth this season for the Phillies.

Schmidt is reportedly expected to join Stairs and Moyer on all Sunday home broadcasts -- meaning along with play-by-play man Tom McCarty, there will be four people in the booth on Sundays.

Schmidt, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1995, will work a total of 13 games this season.
