Russian Indictment Points To 'Blacktivist' Account That Tried To Suppress Minority Votes

BALTIMORE — As part of its campaign to influence the 2016 presidential election, Russian-backed entities attempted to suppress voter turnout in minority communities — including through a social media account that was active in Baltimore — federal prosecutors said Friday.
