I normally wouldn't reply to myself, but guess who is being interviewed on CBS Sunday Morning?
Donald Freaking Trump! Right after they did a bit about how candidates get free, unfettered and un-fact-checked messaging out through Twitter.
Nice speech, Eva. Now take your cyanide capsule and go to hell.
Not that I should expect it, but Hannity didn't really respond to Jon Stewart's criticism. He just ranted. Though Stewart said Hannity thought it bad that Obama had no political experience, was an elitist, and used a teleprompter (the very things he praised Trump for) he said he was right about Obama. By that logic Trump shouldn't be fit for presidential office either. But he didn't address that. Most of the rant was complaining about Stewart wasn't personally solving the problems of the poor and unemployed, though I don't remember hearing Hannity doing anything about it either. But Stewart has been instrumental in putting first responders and veterans on the political map, while Republicans like Hannity keep them from getting benefits.
Now that's better- getting at least somewhat more honest comparatively speaking.
Of course, it ignores the lessons of 1994, 2000, 2002, 2004 and 2010 and 2014 -and skips over the fact that and Obama overtly ran a progressive con while winning in 2008.
