I've got no problem with respectful hunters who hunt for food, hunt animals that are properly conserved, and kill as humanely as possible.
The average deer has a better life than McDonald's beef cattle, and most likely (hopefully) a less traumatic death.
Same can be said of the average hunted duck over your supermarket chicken.
It's the people who enjoy killing that you have to worry about.
It was a huge BLACK cat!
My niece is about to become a vet. She just got her blue coat, has a year to go after several years of work. It is harder to become a vet than a human doctor. Takes more study. It's also harder to get into a decent vet school than to get into a medical school.
This idiot threw away a career, years of work and tons of money spent, and of course future earnings.
Feral cats are a huge problem, especially here in California. But we don't shoot them, with arrows or anything else. They are caught, spayed or neutered, have their ear clipped (for easy identification at a glance) and released - OR humanely euthanized.
I don't think this woman is all that different than the redneck dipshits I knew back in rural NY who deliberately aimed their cars at cats on the shoulder of the road.
Either that was a way-homer or i am just too tired to recognize quality humor when i read it -- i actually responded as if you had a headache! Thanks for sending me off with a chuckle to supplement my already broad smile -- Type at you later, Neap!
