The Plan seems to be to have a plan at some point, maybe one similar to the one he may or may not have now.
LAUER: But yesterday, you actually told us a little bit about your plan in your speech. You said this. Quote, “We’re going to convene my top generals and they will have 30 days to submit a plan for soundly and quickly defeating ISIS.” So is the plan you’ve been hiding this whole time asking someone else for their plan?
TRUMP: No. But when I do come up with a plan that I like and that perhaps agrees with mine, or maybe doesn’t — I may love what the generals come back with. I will convene…
LAUER: But you have your own plan?
TRUMP: I have a plan. But I want to be — I don’t want to — look. I have a very substantial chance of winning. Make America great again. We’re going to make America great again. I have a substantial chance of winning. If I win, I don’t want to broadcast to the enemy exactly what my plan is.
LAUER: But you’re going to…
TRUMP: And let me tell you, if I like maybe a combination of my plan and the generals’ plan, or the generals’ plan, if I like their plan, Matt, I’m not going to call you up and say, “Matt, we have a great plan.”
By screwing little people like his supporters!
Actually I know several college-educated people who are for him. You have to wonder what kind of myopia has blinded them to his incompetence and insanity.
That is because the mentally challenged and racists of this country treat politics like sports. They make a decision to be on one side, then despite all facts that they made a mistake, they stick with the horrible choice. Even when that choice will hurt them, their family, their community, the country and the world, they do not back down.
I have made many mistakes in my life. I have believed many stupid things and I freely admit I was wrong. See, that's not so hard. Give it try, America. We will forgive you if you make the right second choice.
Remember when George W. Bush seemed like an unqualified business failure, propped up by his family and controlled by shadowy political figures in the background?Remember how we feared a W. victory would do irreparable harm to America?Well......Years later, after taking office with a budget surplus he left office with two unfunded wars, the greatest loss of real wealth in the country since The Great Depression, tax cuts for the wealthy, and a record deficit. His wars caused a destabilization of the middle east that has brought us increased terrorism, curtailed liberties, and a refugee crisis that is destabilizing governments around the world.So.......Maybe we should do more than fear a Trump victory.By every measure Trump is a more frightening candidate than Bush. The damage done by the Bush presidency is still being felt and it will probably be decades before the world recovers from it.IF we can!But under a Trump travesty we certainly will not. It is far more likely that things will get worse. And how much worse can the world stand?
