Someone really should sue both of these liars and the propaganda network that continues to give them airtime into oblivion. Fox Business Network's Maria Bartiromo and Wisconsin GOP Sen. Ron Johnson have been two of the worst offenders when it comes to trying to kill off Fox's gullible audience that believes all of the fearmongering and lies that they've been told since the start of the COVID pandemic, and sadly, the two of them still haven't stopped with the conspiracy theories.
Johnson made an appearance on this Friday's Mornings with Maria, and immediately following one of their every hour on the hour segments about Hunter Biden, Bartiromo turned the discussion to Covid-19, vaccines, and just straight up lying to her audience that the FDA has approved ivermectin for COVID.

Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) spoke about the Covid-19 pandemic and vaccines on Friday morning with the Wisconsin Republican wildly claiming it was “all pre-planned by an elite group of people” as part of an ongoing scheme to take away Americans’ freedoms.

“Senator, I remember talking with you repeatedly during Covid about your upset that you were they were trying to cancel you because you were talking to doctors to try to find out the right ways to treat Covid without having to get too many boosters and Covid shots. I remember I took ivermectin! And, you know, it was hard to do because initially the pharmacist wanted to report my doctor and he didn’t want it. You know, I mean, I had to like, it was hard to find my doctor to finally, you know, address this and prescribe ivermectin. He did, my Covid was gone in a day when I took ivermectin. And now three years later, the FDA says, Oh, yeah, that’s fine. Take ivermectin. What?” Bartiromo asked.
Johnson quickly agreed with the sentiment and replied, “And Maria, you know, the doctors I’ve been dealing with and talking to for years now, they believe that probably hundreds of thousands of Americans lost their lives because they were denied real treatment.”
No, they haven't changed their guidance, but according to the article at Mediaite, Bartiromo was citing some winger website called the Epoch Times, which "covered an FDA lawyer arguing in court that the agency never barred doctors from prescribing the drug — that it simply recommended against its use."
After agreeing with Bartiromo on the ivermectin lie, RoJo proceeded to push the conspiracy theory that some "elite group of people" just want to control everyone and take over their lives, and that the government response to the public health crisis was just a way to "suppress the truth" before fearmongering about potential side effects from COVID vaccines.
Segments like this are exactly why political party affiliation is linked to excess COVID deaths. Too bad they find out where those people got their "news" as well.
