Senator Tommy Turberville became the second public attack dog for Trump, when he admitted he was flabbergasted that the courtroom wasn't a jolly place of entertainment.

First of all, I'm disappointed in the courtroom I'm hearing. Mr. Trump, Mr. Trump, he is former President Trump. Give him some respect. I mean, that's what that place is in there. It's no respect.

There is a court order in place saying he is to be referred to as "Mr. Trump" when discussing time when he was not president. He is to be referred to as "former president Trump" when questions cover time that he was president.

Trump is Rodney Dangerfield

His second order of business was to whine the trial is depressing and causing Trump to be very sad.

Here's what I'm seeing, too.

It is depressing.

That courtroom is depressing.

This is New York City, the icon of our country, and we got a courtroom that's the most depressing thing I've ever been in.

Mental anguish is trying to be pushed on a Republican candidate for the President of the United States this year.

That's all this is.

He's been here a month.

He's been here a month.

When was a criminal trial ever an uplifting experience for the defendant? Maybe, just maybe, he shouldn't have tried to conceal his payoff to a porn star and a Playboy model so he could interfere with the election and get elected in 2020.

Then came his assault on the DA.

I am disappointed in looking at the American, supposedly American citizens in that courtroom, that the DA comes in and he acts like it is his Super Bowl.

And I guess it is to be noticed.

But that's what's happening in this country.

A Republican candidate for President of the United States is going through mental anguish in a courtroom that's very depressing, very depressing.

I'm glad to stand by President Trump.

I'm a friend of his.

I'm here more as a friend than backing him as candidate, as president.

Sen. Tuberville is not acting like a friend at all, but as replacement for Trump, who has been gagged.

It's pure politics.

When will the judge rule these asshats can't do for Trump what he can't do for himself?
