I saw on MSNBC tonight that non-elitist John McSame's non-elitist wife only spent 750,000 DOLLARS last month on two American Express Cards and one of their non-elitidt kids spent another 50,000 DOLLARS on a 3rd AMEX card.

The same report also mentioned she spent 11,000,000 DOLLARS on condos over the last several years.

Having frugal Cindy as First Lady, strike that, First Trollop, would be an inspiration to millions of Americans who also have to live on bugets!!

It sure would be an awkward family reunion. But, believe it or not, Barack Obama is related to both President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.
http://www.suntimes.com/news/p.....09.article

Obama's main overall image adviser and foreign policy adviser is Zbigniew Brzezinski, the co-founder of David Rockefeller's Trilateral Commission, and the mastermind of the disastrous Carter administration. Obama's wife Michelle is reputed to be closely linked to the Council on Foreign Relations. Behind the utopian platitudes dished up by the Illinois senator, the face of the Wall Street money elite comes into clearer and clearer focus.

The Farmer's Plan for his Cattle--Cow them into Submission and then Cull the Herd.
Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski's book, THE GRAND CHESSBOARD - American Primacy And It's Geostrategic Imperatives published in 1997, laid out his analysis and strategy for a Global American Empire.

Zbigniew Brzezinski is an active opponent of the constitution. He is for a world government with no civil rights, where corporate elites rule and suck off of everyone.

"...This regionalization is in keeping with the Tri-Lateral Plan which calls for a gradual convergence of East and West, ultimately leading toward the goal of "one world government'....National sovereignty is no longer a viable concept..."
Zbigniew Brzezinski, National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter.

Lazar-sick-coo's picture

Sicko depressed me. Sicko makes Mr. Lazarescu look like a pretty lucky guy.

In fact, there are two Lazarescu’s in Sicko, patients who are initially taken by ambulance to the wrong hospital. The first is a little girl whose mother is told she needs to take the child – by her own means – to the Kaiser Permanente hospital across town. When she pleads with doctors to treat the child she is escorted to the door and threatened with arrest. She drives the child to the right hospital, but the girl goes into cardiac arrest just as they arrive and dies.

The other Lazarescu is simply put into a cab and then dumped outside the county hospital. Security cam footage shows her wandering around in the street completely disoriented until a member of the hospital staff comes out to retrieve her (security guards notice her because, they say, it happens all the time). [Then, of course, there is the Lazarescu in the news.]

Sicko contrasts our system with those of Canada, England, France, and even Cuba. One may poke holes in its argument, charging that these are not illustrative cases and surely there are “worst case scenarios” from those systems left out. Perhaps, but the weight of the evidence shows that our system is heavily fucked up, and that other systems are functioning demonstrably better. There are a couple of typical Moore stunts in Sicko, but the biggest one turns poignant when 9/11 heroes obtain treatment they weren't allowed in the US (and even if it was a set up, who cares, they got what they needed).

Sicko depresses me because it illustrates that we will need a complete change of outlook in the way we see government and the services it provides. And we have the biggest money interests and media in the world lined up against making that change.

Committee Questions State Dept. Role in Iraq Oil Deal
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/07/03/world/middleeast/03kurdistan.html

Bush administration officials knew that a Texas oil company with close ties to President Bush was planning to sign an oil deal with the regional Kurdistan government that ran counter to American policy and undercut Iraq’s central government, a Congressional committee [House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, chair Representative Henry A. Waxman] has concluded.

The conclusions were based on e-mail messages and other documents that the committee released Wednesday.

United States policy is to warn companies that they incur risks in signing contracts until Iraq passes an oil law and to strengthen Iraq’s central government. The Kurdistan deal, by ceding responsibility for writing contracts directly to a regional government, infuriated Iraqi officials. But State Department officials did nothing to discourage the deal and in some cases appeared to welcome it, the documents show.

The company, Hunt Oil of Dallas, signed the deal with Kurdistan’s semiautonomous government last September. Its chief executive, Ray L. Hunt, a close political ally of President Bush, briefed an advisory board to Mr. Bush on his contacts with Kurdish officials before the deal was signed.

McCain is reluctant to talk about his experiences.

"McCain became visibly angry when I asked him to explain how his Vietnam experience prepared him for the Presidency."

"Please," he said, recoiling back in his seat in distaste at the very question.

McCain allies Sen. Lindsey Graham stepped in to rescue him. Graham expressed admiration for McCain’s stance on the treatment of detainees in US custody.

Admiration for McCain flip flopping on torture? It was "bad" for him but not for those in Gitmo?

McCain then collected himself and apologized for his initial reaction.

"I kind of reacted the way I did because I have a reluctance to talk about my experiences," he said, noting that he has huge admiration for the "heroes" who served with him in the POW camp and said the experience taught him to love the U.S. because he missed it so much.

"I am always reluctant to talk about these things," McCain said.

Except for in his campaign ads and debates and town halls apparently.

Saint Augustine Says: I saw on MSNBC tonight that non-elitist John McSame’s non-elitist wife only spent 750,000 DOLLARS last month on two American Express Cards and one of their non-elitidt kids spent another 50,000 DOLLARS on a 3rd AMEX card.

But if you take Cindy's dividend tax cut away she will have to lay off one of her maids and a gardener. We can't have that, can we? Two more people out of work because of bad economics.

One of my biggist gripes about what has happened to this country under a monkey's leadership is that one person (one mentally ill person IMHO) will impose or try to impose his or her standards on others. Fuck em I say, verbally - right to their face. Fuck em, and if they tell me not to cuss I tell they not to try and impose their vile beliefs on me. Respect me, my opinions and beliefs and I''ll treat you with respect.

It is WAY past time to back these idiots up against the wall and let them know how We The People really feel.
