personally i feel this is a counter move to shut the (R) members of the congress up. the (R) is trying to use this off-shore drilling as a political issue at the expense of the vulnerable public.....as we have noticed the crude have been going down why...who knows for sure
commodities bubble,supply-demand model, gold-u.s. dollar, i feel it's many factors...also european econmy weakening....one of the real reasons for sharp escalating crude cost speculators too much leverage.
this is a political move by pelosi personally i feel she is getting beat up more than is fair.....she said she will consider drilling depending on how it's packaged..putting the (R) on the spot.....will they allow
quick relief from strategic reserves....i doubt it.

mass media's never been accountable to the public since it was invented. Remember that Herzt and Pulitzer were the predecessors of today's CNN and FOX, but that they were far more blatant than today's partisans.

The main issue is that mass media seems to have shielded the current administration from accountability for colossal sins, whereas it helped push for the impeachment for a relatively minor infraction with a much smarter President of the opposite party.

There was no such thing as A.D.D. before, or any of the other catchy named abbreviated diseases seen in the constantly repetitive pharmaseutical commercials shown every 3 minutes on every channel on tv.

Who has ever even once, tested the bottled water you pay for? Do you even know anybody who EVER actually had it tested? Do you have any TRUST in the FDA at all? They gave us the “poisened food of the month” that allows us to play Russian roulette with food in our daily routine. Yet we still pay them very well for that very protection we cannot expect.
