Mike's Blog Round Up
Incertus takes aim at "probably the dumbest thing you'll read all day."
Emptywheel: So sorry we tortured you. Oh, and about that truth commission…
Pharyngula: A review of Stephen Jay Gould and the Politics of Evolution.
Les Enragés: The Million Can March – respond to tea bag demonstrations with a food drive for Independence Day.
Corrente: The Shock Doctrine comes to California.

Wow...that was certainly THE dumbest I've read in years!
Let alone all day...
Wow...those creationists are dumber'n hell!
would go after Copernicus and Gallileo. They really caused all this science heresy. All the major religions were formed in civilizations based on sun worship. Nobody had even heard of monkeys when the Word came down.

secret wish is that every employer in California will just hire low-paid elves with no pension or health benefits.
Everyone knows, all the elves in California moved to Seattle YEARS ago.
There may be one or two left in Encino...but the rest of the state, not one elf.
Anyone who knows anything about the elf lifestyle knows they would not leave California until they have collected enough petitions to force a revote on elfin tax rebates for small cluster redevelopement.

one the more popular THEORIES, ricky, but like Elvis' SUPPOSED death, it remains unproven.
unanswered all this time:
This is not like Elvis's SUPPOSED death, which remains unproven. Elvis's supposed death has been misproven time and time again. Your post is the dumbest thing I've read
since the last one.

Let's all vote Republican again!
Vote GOP and move forward to the 18th Century.
california is in shock from the deficit spending strategy by schwarzenegger. davis was kicked out of office when he was making headway at reducing the budget. what's currently happening does seem like the shock doctrine in action. it wasn't that long ago that the school system was praised as one of the best now it's taking a serious hit from budget cuts. there's probably too many people in regions of CA but this is also about economic globalization taking place.
Corporate Globalism was in place and running amuck by the late 90's.
"...Soon, that's going to be the only thing made in America, WAR." Dennis Kucinich. (D-US)
Kucinich evolved into a great talker that's for sure.
What has Kucinich's leadership done for Cleveland lately?

What good are progressive web sites if they are so hard up for dollars that they have to put up advertising and links to Anne Coulter and her ilk.
You don't see C&L links on Little Green Assholes do you? You don't see links to Olberman's show on Red State do you.
The sites apologize for this by saying..."oooh...we need the advertising dollars", but completely lose sight of the big picture...which is spread the progressive view and stop promoting indirectly regressive views. Put their website links on your site, you only enable that which you oppose.
Vote GOP and move forward to the 18th Century.
I could have told ya this!
