Sociopaths invariably try to portray their wrongs against others as selfless acts of virtue, and their victims as justly deserving the wrongs that are perpetrated against them. That way, the sociopaths get to continue telling themselves that they are good and decent people who never do any wrong. Know them by the excuses they make.
