this is what I found on the Syngenta website (the company that makes the stuff) - I was curious to know what it's used for (keeping weeds out of food crops - corn, wheat, etc.)

Maybe because the federal standards are too low or no one is really monitoring. This is what happens when we're busy killing people in faraway places to get oil/gas.....we pay no attention to the stuff that's killing us right here at home.
This is also an issue that needs to be addressed as part of the national 'conversation' about health care. One of the reasons we spend so much on health care in the first place is that we are all polluting our bodies with crap water like this and crap processed food, which leads to many more cancers, diabetes, and other complications from interfering with the body's natural systems.

I'm a healthcare provider who knows and has seen lots of toxic effects in my patinets, and it manifests as pain that seems resistant to any kind of care because unknowingly the patient/doctor just dont' know what the hell is going on, because if it's in the patients home and the patient is re-exposed to the toxin ea. day without knowing it.
If you have pain that is puzzling the doctors, resistent to 'normal' care, suspect unknown Toxin.

I see older people with with good insurance afraid to lose it. I see young people with none who can't afford it I see elderly people on medicare concerned about their future. I do not see it as just for or against thats for sure. it's way too important. I don't get into the health care arguments too much because I admit I don't know very much about it. I know A bill will pass and you guys better get it right or we will all be sorry.

We want government to pay for health insurance for everyone. No one should be denied this coverage. It would be like Medicare for everyone. With Medicare, each person pays $96.40 per month, and has a co-pay for doctor's visits of $134.00 per year. How does that sound to you? Doable? Would that take a load off your mind?
