I hate that Obama..."

You know, that's one of the wrong turns this country took... It practically did away with Bugs Bunny cartoons on Saturday mornings, because there was no educational value and the stupid FCC regulations.

Brings back the Bugs!

I make my living as an animator - The WB cartoons - BEST.CARTOONS.EVER. blows that sappy Disney stuff away! I actually bought ALL of the boxed sets (6 total, something like 230 animated shorts in all)so now on Saturday Mornings, I pour myself a bowl of "Quisp" cereal, pop in the disc, and I'm in sheer cartoon bliss...

We're mad as hell, and we're not going to take... whatever it is... anymore!

Tyler Durden's picture

... but not in the "angry" sense of the word. These idiots are more in tune with the mental health persuasion of the term mad.

If this guy wants a tea bag on his face, I'd be happy to oblige.

Here in Wichita the astro turf protest is being organized by Americans for Prosperity. Who is the chairman of that group? It's David Koch of Koch Enterprises who finances a lot of the looney reich anti-tax nutters. Naturally this event is being heavily promoted by the corporate media who ignored all of our anti-war protests.

EastCoastLefty62's picture

These white racists will always find creative ways and justifications to "protest big government."

These anti-tax movements picked up great speed by the right wing when African-Americans were able to collect social welfare money programs and started to get federal dollars for blacked owned businesses.

Read Manning Marable's book: "How Capitalism Underdeveloped Black America," as he talks in-depth about these significant issues.

These rallies are nothing more than events for angry white people. I hate to say this, but, before blacks were in the system, white people did not protest in such sustained ways against "big government." It has been since the Modern Civil Rights Movement, that the right wing has adopted the tactics and language and "outrage" that the likes of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., Stokely Carmichael, Huey Newton, and Ella Baker and those in the Black Power Movement espoused. Paul Weyrich even admitted that the right wing adopted the tactics and language of the civil rights movement, including mass mailings to their supporters.

These white people have been angry for many years. This rally is nothing new as far as their hatred goes. These people may as well have been wearing white sheets over their heads. I am sure many of these white people are connected with various white supremacist groups in their respective states as well or tied to these anti-tax groups and think tanks of the right which pushes eugenics and home schooling.

In short, this misused name the "Teabaggers" is really just another name for the KKK of the right wing and of course those white racists, who are ignorant, not enlightened people whatsoever!!!

Ronald Reagan won the election in 1980 with the simple message, "They're givin' money to Neee-Groes!"

motorfingaz's picture

Exactly!! Well said.

I would like to see this guy's high school report card. I doubt he made it into college.

I do not want to say anything rude, but, I just wonder if he is one of those right-wing socially maladjusted fools who needs serious psychiatric treatment for his conservative mental disorder?

Yes, conservatism and right-wingism are mental disorders led by their Criminal-Mentally [Ill] Disorder-in-Chiefs---Glen Beck and Michael "Weiner" Savage and their cover girl--Ann Nazi Coulter.

Yes, all these right wingers need to be committed to the nearest insane asylum for the criminally insane. Someone needs to start the commitment papers for Glen Beck immediately!

In short, these right-wingers have criminal minds and should be locked up in insane asylums.

He is indeed a trend setter. Are all you guys going to be wearing your teabags hanging from your glasses. This guy needs those truck testicles only smaller ones to hang from his glasses. I'm sure he could sell the idea to all his buddies.

Notice the guy behind him and to the right. Does anyone really believe that man knows where he is or why he's there?

For the last 8 years I held my nose and paid my taxes. I paid A LOT in taxes, more than the vast majority of the people out teabagging today. Now that the Repukes have lost, they want to make a big fuss about taxes and whatever else irritates their hemorrhoids. Well I say F them! And I mean F them.

ThunderMonkey's picture

That's why they're teabaggin'. :)

Regardless of the stupidity that is being widely demonstrated, these "protests" are getting a lot of attention and the organizers will be motivated to create more of this chicanery in the future.

It's only gonna get uglier.

these people.

EastCoastLefty62's picture

Maybe, being in straitjackets at the nearest insane asylum would please them.

They certainly would fit well into straitjackets, and we would all be better off, but, right wingers benefiting, of course, most of all.

EastCoastLefty62's picture

These "angry white wingnut", also known as right-wing males and the dopey females who follow in their subservient roles, are nothing but racists and ignorant!

Yes, there are many white female racists out there joined at the hip by their white male mates in crime.

These people are insane.

Yes, the KKK rallies were in full force today.

Most local radio imitators also have been part of this KKK rally today as well.

BoilThemInTheirOil's picture

Obama had more attendees at some of his individual election rallies than these nut-baggers have had nationwide (and at his overseas appearances).

They all suck's picture

They put a face to the faceless enemy. They are a target for our anger, and our anger reflects off of them right back at us.

The enemy isn't the confused, angry walrus in the vid shot.

It's the slick predator who pulls the strings of power and is making off with your and your children's tax dollars.

Be angry, go ahead and vent and ridicule, but ignore the walrus. He's been set up to be a diversion for you.

boocilla69's picture
So

exactly what would you be willing to pay for?
Per police visit when your house is broken into.
Per fire call when your house catches fire.
Huge tolls on roads created by private monies?
Salmonella on your PB&J because no one is watching the food supply and holding the food suppliers to a healthy standard?

I could care less about the silly looking tub in the video, I'm not angry at him, I don't know him, I actually feel sorry for him because he's rather pathetic, but the heinous fuckers from the previous administration already made off with my children's and my grandchildren's monies.
Do you have anything to contribute?

You'll notice that the GOP doesn't give a shit about the future if it involves clean air or water, or when Bush was sending kids off to a war on based on flimsy evidence.

You have to wonder if any of these people attending these parties today will be getting any money back from their taxes this year and what will they do with that money. Will they refuse it in order to pay down the national debt? This national debt that they all say they worry about having to be paid by their children and grandchildren.

with a huge crowd of oh, maybe 500 folks at the Alamo (hard to tell how many really, cause they never put up a long camera shot). His special guests are Penn Jillette, Ted 'the freak' Nugent, and Janine Turner - whoever she is.

There is nary a person of color in the crowd - or even any with a really dark Boehner-like tan. Just a lot of fat, jowly white guys in cowboy or baseball hats. Hardly a protest - just a regular everyday Beck show.

I tried to watch his show tonight but when he brought out Nugent, who I'm guessing most of the crowd came there to see instead of Beck, I couldn't take it any more. I was afraid I was going to see a real tea baggin between Ted and Beck.

General Jack D. Ripper's picture

I used to like Nugent when I was in grade school and high school. Now I can't stand the far right wing wacko. I also tried to watch Beck for a few minutes, but when I saw Nugent, I turned him off.

"Nugent was notable for his frequent declarations that he did not drink alcoholic beverages or smoke tobacco or marijuana. In an interview for VH1's Behind The Music, Nugent stated the reason behind this was due to his father having sternly reprimanded him when he came home smelling of alcohol after a night of drinking."

what a Fing puss.

Despite giving previous support for Republican candidates,[31] he thought John McCain "to be catering to a growing segment of soulless Americans who care less what they can do for their country, but whine louder and louder about what their country must do for them. That is both un-American and pathetic.

How does this tally with his support for the whining teabaggers

An interviewer from the British newspaper The Independent questioned Nugent about a 1977 interview in High Times magazine in which Nugent allegedly detailed elaborate steps taken to avoid the Vietnam draft.[32]

"I got 30 days' notice of the physical," Nugent told them. "I ceased cleansing my body. Two weeks before the test I stopped eating food with nutritional value. A week before, I stopped going to the bathroom. I did it in my pants. My pants got crusted up."

what a hero, no wonder he lived next door to Chimpy in Crawford, birds of a feather etc.

Penn Jillette was one of those 'rational' skeptic types. Why, then, is he hanging out with these delusional fools?

Guess he has his own set of delusions.

He should stay in Vegas.

Mythbusters also is on the MIC side, quite obvious by some of their shows.

One stupid but glaring example of their corporate propaganda was their pretending you cant beat speed cameras, sorry boys, it is and it is being done in Europe.

..SPEND MONEY! Don't they realize they could end the Government spending today if only they go out, each and every one of them, and buy a CAR. Then their wives or husbands, each of them should buy a BOAT. Get the kids involved and have them buy salt and sand for the roads and highways of America so the towns don't have to spend the tax money on that. Get Grandma and Grandpa to fund a missile system. TEABAGGERS everywhere, YOU NEED TO SPEND MONEY. IF you don't have it to spend, GO BORROW IT! HURRY. The more you spend, the less the Government will have to spend. Remember, your income taxes were cut so you'd have a little more in your paycheck to fritter away on food, gas and your kids' tuition. And if you really want to upset the apple cart, get those friendly corporations who tacitly support your hard efforts at illegally dumping teabags in public parks to STOP their use of offshore accounts causing you and your neighbors to pay the taxes so they don't have to.

I scared and really tired of all the idiots out there! Starting with W, oozing down to the Limper and T-Beck and all the people who say the President is a fascist who don't even understand what the word means if they think the Pres. is a fascist. My stars, what idiots.
