UPDATE: In addition to the letter to Paul Clement, Solicitor General requesting a Special Prosecutor from outside the Justice Department, the plan includes subpoenaing Karl Rove as well. Let's see how well that plays in the White House. Will they ignore a Special Prosecutor's subpoena too?
