The stock market this week was n ot a pretty picture. And as Bonddad at dKos says, "It's going to get nasty."

I'm not expecting the Democrats will claim that a sagging economy is good for them. But I am waiting for us to find out that like the war in Iraq, the levees in New Orleans, the bridges in Minnesota and everywhere, [fill in the blank], those in charge knew that the sub-prime mortgage madness would lead to disaster and they did nothing to prevent it.

And don't get me started about the mine disaster in Utah.
