Kenneth Blackwell, the former secretary of state of Ohio and defeated contender for Governor, has been hired on as a "Senior Fellow for Family Empowerment" at Washington's premiere right wing religious lobbying outfit, The Family Research Council. "He is credited with being part of the team that helped double President George W.
