Crimean Parliament Asks To Join Russia As EU Leaders Meet

Ukraine stood in danger of breaking apart Thursday after Crimea's parliament voted to join Russia, triggering Kiev's fury and firming the threat of harsh sanctions on Moscow by the European Union.
