On Friday, Elliot Rodger began a deadly rampage in the Santa Barbara area and at the same time that was taking place, his parents were frantically trying to find him after having received a chilling manifesto from their son. According to CNN, 22-year-old Rodger sent a couple dozen people — including his parents and at least one of his therapists — the 140-page document/manifesto titled “My Twisted World” via e-mail shortly before the shootings began.
