Does anyone believe the claim by Republicans that the upcoming eighth Congressional investigation into the Benghazi tragedy will be fair and non-partisan?  The Rhodes email on which the new investigation is being predicated does not say what GOP-ers originally claimed: that the White House — not the intelligence community – suggested the attack began as a protest against an insulting Youtube video.  The email is just another excuse to further beat a dead horse.
