It is just a list used to compile data about album sales for the past week? Yep. But it's special to people for some reason, probably because, here in America, it's important to be number one. Regardless, these guys deserve it after all their years of hard work. So congratulations to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers for their first number one album.
