While discussing Jeb Bush's big campaign rollout this Monday, CNN's Sippy Cupp wants us to believe that it's all President Obama's fault that Republicans have acted like a bunch of mean spirited partisans who refuse to govern and have called the President every name in the book other than a black man.

CUPP: People in the Senate today like Marco Rubio and Rand Paul and Ted Cruz have a tendency to carry over some of the hostility of the past couple of years, because they've been mired in it. And people are very much over the kind of divisive mudslinging kind of rhetoric that has defined the past administration.

So Jeb actually is uniquely in a very good position to not carry that baggage into his speeches, and not sound like he's been in Washington for the past six years mudslinging with the President. So I actually think in some ways it's been a gift he's been out of the scene and can approach the future and policies with kind of fresh eyes and without that sort of personal sense of animosity towards Democrats or Obama.

It's a good thing he didn't resort to any mudslinging in that speech, huh? So nice to see they're paying Cupp the big bucks so the audience can be treated go gems like this one. What would they do without such insightful political analysis?
