It seems every time there is even a hint of snowfall anymore the TV news acts like an inch or two is going to be a devastating blizzard. When the word started yesterday that my part of the world was under a "Lake Effect Snow Advisory" until 4pm this afternoon I thought "Pfft, yeah right."

Then I had to drive to work this morning....slowly. Watched about 4 inches fall in a few hours and the snowplows trying to keep up with it. No, it was not a blizzard but it was more than a mere dusting. The sidewalk in front of my house must be cleared...again.
