Fox 'News' Praises A New Generation Of Evangelical Grifters
Just what America needs: the next generation's Billy Graham to grift the young.
Fox News has an obligation to explain to its viewers how they should worship the almighty Lord Jesus Christ. Who needs to study any religious doctrine for yourself if you have the best of the best, televangelist superstars who come to the Fox 'News' studio, just for you.
Today's guest is a young rising star in the evangelical community, who seems like a swell fellow, armed with a positive message that we all need more Jesus. This will automatically, simplify and improve our lives. Nick Hall started his PULSE ministries as a junior in college. In just over a decade, Nick is a mega-star of the evangelical grifter world. The motto of the ministry:
From college campuses to concert arenas, churches to music festivals, in the U.S. and overseas, PULSE is always working to share the love of Jesus with this generation.
He seems fairly innocuous, until you delve deeper into his grifting mentors and partners.
He's aggressively promoting his upcoming event: Together 2016 or Reset2016:
is the day when our generation will meet on the National Mall in all our diversity to come together in historic unity because we want the world to see that Jesus changes everything.
One of Reset2016's partners is the Billy Graham Evangelic Association, a group whom most recently led the freak out over transgender bathroom assignment. The leader of the group, Franklin Graham is constantly questioning our moral sensibilities because of LGBT issues and SCOTUS' decision on marriage equality.
Rev. Graham also acknowledged that the Supreme Court’s ruling poses a serious threat to traditional marriage, because “the gay and lesbian community...will want to keep coming and taking away the freedoms that we have.”...“There is a storm that’s coming"
Mr. Hall and the hip new Christian movement, set to a Christian rock soundtrack knows how to draw in millennials. These ministries never claim to be homophobic. However, you will see phrases like traditional marriage or wholesome family values which is code for condemning any deviation from their definition of marriage.
The young evangelical-entrepreneur is a partner with Shirley Dobson and her insidious husband's Focus on the Family. Nick Hall is scheduled to be a featured speaker at Shirley's pet project and fundraising event, the National Day of Prayer (NDP).
The NDP is partners with The Family Leader, a group headed by Bob Vander Plaats. Vander Plaats encompasses the worst of the Right Wing hate machine: Birtherism, homophobia, Blacks were better off as slaves...it goes on and on. Nick Hall is listed as a featured speaker at their May 2 event.
This whole Seven Mountains Dominionist recruiting scheme is aimed at those religious youth who can be easily molded into homophobic, Republican voters. Hall is clever, and he avoids any online association with his name and homophobia or LGBT discrimination. Show me your friends...and in this case, Nick Hall hangs out with some of the most hateful and unethical grifters around.
