Donald Trump continues to stoke the fires of hate with his repeated claims that the Federal Judge presiding over the Trump University fraud lawsuit is "biased" purely because he is of Mexican heritage.

Spoiler: the Judge is (a) American, (b) born in Indiana, (c) went to college in Indiana and (d) actually fought the cartel! He is NOT biased. I repeat, not biased.

But, Trump refuses to believe that. Why? Because he (Trump) is threatening to build a wall. So clearly anyone who would be targeted in the Wall Building would be inherently biased, right? This is the thinking of a 5 year old. Seriously. No normal adult thinks this way. People are capable of having personal opinions while still being impartial. But there is no indication that this is an issue. In fact, this Judge has remained silent through this entire fiasco. Trump is the only one throwing tantrums.

In this clip, even Megyn Kelly seems exasperated with Trump. She says:

"KELLY: The man is not Mexican....he has no conflict of interest. Trump says he should be investigated, someone should 'look into him', just because he has ruled against Donald Trump in this litigation repeatedly...that doesn't make you biased. IT DOESN'T *she yelled

BENNETT: No, it doesn't. Big mistake and um, I hope he stops with this. In fact, I hope he stops with a lot of the personal stuff that he's been doing the last week or two."

Wait, week or two? You mean months. Many many months, right?

"BENNETT: We thought he was in a point of new departure, he was going to be more serious...it's a shame this has to happen.

KELLY: Trump continues to attack a sitting federal Judge who, by the way, did a lot to fight the drug cartels...based on his ethnicity suggesting he has an inherent conflict of interest because of his heritage. 'A Hispanic cannot judge a case against me.' That is what Trump is saying. Explicitly."

There is no conflict. We know it, Megyn Kelly knows it, even Donald Trump knows it. Apparently, in Trump's mind, the following groups cannot judge him:

- Women
- Blacks
- Hispanics
- Mexicans
- Muslims
- Disabled
- Homosexuals
- Democrats
- Chinese*
- Native Americans*
- POW's*
- Journalists, spouses/relatives of journalists*
- The Pope*
- Anyone with bigger hands*
- Anyone smarter/more educated*
