Not meaningful or significant, but I enjoyed this little clip of Lindsey Graham and Rand Paul sniping at each other -- because when Republicans are fighting each other instead of us, it's good for America!

REPORTER: Senator Paul just said you are torpedoing the budget. Are you?

SEN. GRAHAM: I think Senator Paul is trying to find a way to vote no, and he always does. Senator paul can't vote yes on anything because it's never good enough.

Cut to Rand Paul's response:

SEN. PAUL: Lindsey Graham wouldn't know a conservative if he met one. All right? He's never been a conservative. He's probably a big part of why we have such a massive debt in this country."

I can't really argue with Lindsey. Rand's game is always to hold out on a "principled" basis and then cave anyway.
