Usually by this time of the season in my part of the world winter has pulled out all of its tricks at least once each per now. This year we've been pretty lucky for the most part.

Today though, the bitter winds from Canada and across the Great Lake outside my window has been howling and stinging a bit. Muddy, Buddy and Willie convey the way it feels perfectly on this brooder from 1964.
