Sunday Morning Bobblehead Thread

Let's see who is framing the debate this week, shall we?

There's been a lot of discussion of what is a "real" American.

There is no one "real" American. My American Experience on the coast in a liberal area is as valid as the farmer in rural Iowa as it is for the immigrant family living in an urban area. We are all Americans. There are 330 million ways to be American and they are equally as valid and worth celebrating. And worth defending.

I'm a little tired of people who think that living on the coast, or in an urban center, or being LGBTQ+, or being a person of color, or being an immigrant is somehow a less important experience that needs to step behind the centered experience of white conservative men. Our voices speak as loud and as powerfully as theirs.

And it's time we start using it to speak up for each other.

ABC's "This Week" — Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md.; Gov. Steve Bullock, D-Mont.; Mercedes Schlapp, adviser to President Donald Trump's re-election campaign.

NBC's "Meet the Press" — Pre-empted by coverage of British Open

CBS' "Face the Nation" — Reps. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and Liz Cheney, R-Wyo.; Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J.

CNN's "State of the Union" — Booker; Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis.

"Fox News Sunday" — White House senior adviser Stephen Miller; Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y.
