It's Fat Tuesday! Being a Michigander, that mean's it is Pączki day.

If you don't know what that means, a pączki is the Polish take on a filled doughnut. They pack at least 425 calories and 25 grams of fat each. Oh, so tasty and I would gladly eat more than one. Watching my health in general though, that one has gotta be my limit.

I'm not saying that seeing more in the box wasn't a whole lot of temptation though.
