Pete Buttigieg Is Making Transportation Hip Again
Secretary Pete Buttigieg has already proved that he not only has great plans for his Department of Transportation but we can all have a good time with him, too.
Buttigieg is expected to play an important role in promoting President Biden’s green initiatives and infrastructure plan to rebuild roads and bridges and expand zero-emission mass transit while boosting electric vehicle infrastructure, as PBS reported.
But that doesn’t mean all wonkiness all the time. A DOT tweet on Friday engendered lots of Twitter fun:
