'Taxation Is Theft': Rep. Anna Paulina Luna Doesn't Know How Taxes Work

This poor punkin'.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) seems confused about how taxes work. She explained to Neil Cavuto that "taxation is theft," but she said that probably after cashing her check from her job funded by tax revenues.

She said she's unsure whether she'll agree to cut defense spending, and of course, she brought up "woke ideologies." Woke and taxes are two words for which she doesn't know the meaning.

Literally zero people are surprised that Republicans, including Luna, want to rescind IRS funding because they cannot allow Biden to stop wealthy tax cheats.

Via ABC News:

"Our first bill will repeal funding for 87,000 new IRS agents because the government should be here to help you, not go after you," declared newly minted House Speaker Kevin McCarthy upon taking the gavel early Saturday morning and ushering in a new session under Republican control.

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, which analyzes bills for lawmakers, reported in an analysis on Monday that the GOP's IRS measure, known as the Family and Small Business Taxpayer Protection Act, from Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Neb., would raise the deficit by $114 billion.

Republicans can't govern, and newbies like Luna don't know what they're talking about. Show me you know nothing about taxes without telling me you don't know anything about taxes.

As for her contention that "taxation is theft", I'd like to know whether she is fine giving up all emergency services: police, firefighters, and first responders as a start. Then she should pay someone to rip out the roads she drives on, and also not use any airports or other infrastructure paid for by tax dollars. I would also like her to forego any federal funding for disasters in her climate change-denying disaster-ridden state and fork out the money for her own insurance and hurricane repairs in her district.

She should also inform all senior citizens in her district that they should forego all Medicare and Social Security benefits, and forbid them from obtaining their health insurance through the exchange, since those safety nets are also funded with taxpayer dollars.

We'll wait.
