Aleksey Ovchinnikov was sentenced to 15 days in prison for petty hooliganism and his wife, Olesya Ovchinnikova, received a 1,000 rubles ($14) fine.

The husband and wife were talking in a restaurant in Krasnodar, but as it turned out, the walls there also have ears.

In Krasnodar, the married couple was detained in the Na Drovach restaurant. Olesia and Alexey Ovchinnikov spoke against the war while talking to each other, but someone overheard and called the police, Telegram channel OVD-Info reports.

As the Ovchinnikovs themselves told reporters, the police quickly responded to a complaint from one of the restaurant's visitors. They broke into the restaurant, put a man and a woman on the floor, handcuffed them like criminals and held them like that for almost an hour.

The couple was then taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Western District, where protocols were drawn up for petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 d. 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is noteworthy that the Ovchinnikovs have a nine-year-old child who was forced to stay with strangers all night because the parents were kept at the police station until morning.
