Former Maine Gov. Candidate Pleads Guilty To Child Pornography
Eliot Cutler, 76, was sentenced to four years with all but 9 months suspended.
"Thousands of images and videos on his computer of young children under 12 being sexually abused." For this, Cutler agreed to a plea deal down to four counts and will only serve 9 months in prison, with a further 10 years of being registered as a sex offender. According to the Bangor Daily News, "Eliot Cutler had 142,000 pornographic images and videos of children, including 84,000 depicting children under the age of 12."
Independent Eliot Cutler narrowly lost to vile Republican Paul LePage in 2010 or he could well have become Maine's Governor. He also lost in 2014, although he finished a distant third, but with enough votes to deny Democrat Mike Michaud from beating LePage.
