Voter IDiocy: Well, That Didn't Work!
Voter fraud found in 2020 elections is proof that voter ID does not mean election integrity.
As if further proof was needed that Voter ID laws are meant to suppress the vote and do nothing to protect election integrity, another example of that fact comes from Wisconsin and Michigan:
A 75-year-old Fond du Lac man was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $3,500 Thursday after after admitting he cast ballots in Wisconsin and Michigan in the 2020 general election.
Edward Malnar pleaded guilty to felony election fraud and obstructing an officer. Malnar voted in-person in Wisconsin and through an absentee ballot in Michigan, an investigation found.
[...]
Malnar told a Fond du Lac police officer he has a second residence in Michigan, and that he spends six months in Michigan and six months in Wisconsin during the year. He had an ID from each state at the time of the election.
And before the Ketchup Flinger starts screaming, the Fond du Lac County District Attorney, Eric Toney, a Republican, nipped that nonsense in the bud:
"We will continue to defend the foundation of our republic by ensuring every legal vote is counted equally," Toney said in a statement. "These convictions reflect the integrity of that process but do not represent a stolen election.”
The part Toney did not say is that Voter ID did nothing to stop it or catch it after the fact.
