Liz Harrington: Nothing Wrong With Trump Threats On Social Media!

Trump’s spokeswoman is ticked off that Trump’s social media posts are being used against him by prosecutors.

Spokeswoman Liz Harrington brought us this latest chapter in the never-ending MAGA tearjerker, Trump Is The World’s Biggest Victim Because He’s Being Prosecuted For Serious Crimes. This particular sob story came after Georgia prosecutors cited 12 Trump tweets as evidence he tried to coerce state officials and then-Vice President Pence to help him overturn the 2020 presidential election.

Harrington went on Real America’s Voice to whine that Trump’s not-so-obliquely threatening tweets are all part of making American great again. Americans "want this swamp cleaned up once and for all that only President Trump can deliver. And that's why they're going after him so hard," she asserted.

“These aren't real crimes,” Harrington insisted, thus suggesting she knew they weren’t completely innocent tweets, either. “He's sending out tweets to watch the news, to watch a public hearing on the very real evidence of election fraud. That's now a crime in America.”

She was referring to tweets such as this: "States want to correct their votes, which they now know were based on irregularities and fraud, plus corrupt process never received legislative approval. All Mike Pence has to do is send them back to the States, AND WE WIN. Do it Mike, this is a time for extreme courage!"

And this: "People in Georgia got caught cold bringing in massive numbers of ballots and putting them in 'voting' machines. Great job @BrianKempGA!"

The tweets are not necessarily crimes on their own but part of a broader criminal effort by Trump to coerce state officials and then-Vice President Pence to overturn the election, according to the Georgia indictment.

More recently, special counsel Jack Smith has warned that Trump’s inflammatory posts on Truth Social risk tainting a jury pool in the federal election-tampering case.

“And that's why [Trump is] gonna be back in the White House because the American people want common sense,” Harrington said. It’s proof that she’s in need of a good dose of it, herself. But she’s probably not as clueless about Trump’s tweets as she sounds. What she’s really saying is that Trump and his acolytes should be allowed to threaten those who stand in their way.

Harrington even put forth a not-so-thinly veiled threat of her own: “If this stands, we won't have America left. And the people, they understand that,” Harrington said.
