Newsom Gives Perfect Answer To Question About Hannity Moderating Debate
He's going to debate a Meatball, so he'll mop the floor with him.
First, some good news: Today was Chuck Todd's last day as moderator at Meet The Press. Moving on now.
Gov. Gavin Newsom and Gov. Ron DeSantis agreed in early August to debate, but there was a vendor issue. I'm not sure if that was cleared up or not. Sean Hannity is set to moderate the event and Chuck Todd asked Newsom if he was still okay with the Fox News host as moderator.
"You gonna, is this debate happening?" Todd said.
"It might, I hope, we'll see," the California Democrat said." "It's predetermined."
"Figuring out the time and date," he continued. "There was a venue issue, they wanted thousands of people and make it a performance."
"Wasn't interested in that, we were pretty clear on that," he continued. "And so I think we're getting closer."
"So, Sean Hannity still moderates?" Todd asked. "You're still okay with that?"
"Well, I mean, it's two against one, bring it on," Newsom replied. "There's a lot you can do if you want the truth."
It's obvious that Newsom isn't worried about debating Meatball as Hannity looks on.
