Campos-Duffy Claims Local Print Shop Proves Bidenomics Failure

All those real economic indicators pointing to a boom must have put the Fox propagandist in a big pickle.

I’ve long said that Rachel Campos-Duffy is the stupidest host on Fox News and she did nothing to change my mind here. Sure, I can sympathize with how difficult it must be for a Fox News host to claim Bidenomics is a failure when data shows otherwise. After all, even her Fox Business colleague Larry Kudlow had to agree, much as it pained him, when Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary rejoiced that “Rudolph the reindeer has arrived” with the “fantastic” economics of the holiday season.

But if nothing else, Campos-Duffy is a dutiful Fox host. So, she got together with non-economist Monica Crowley to come up with ways to attack the Biden economy. “The people who are getting squeezed the most through Bidenomics, Rachel, are the middle class, the working class and the poor,” Crowley asserted.

After citing an unnamed source saying that average Americans need $11,400 more to maintain the same standard of living they had under the Trump administration in 2021, Campos-Duffy pointed to her local print shop as proof of the pudding. “Anecdotally, I went to a print shop this week. The printer there, Rich, told me that they got half the orders that they got year that they got last year for Christmas cards,” Campos-Duffy said. She added that she also “talked to people in the charity and philanthropy business” and that their donations are down.

Well, that proves it. Yes, I do know there is real hardship going on – not that either of these well-paid Foxies are probably feeling it at all. But there’s also real good news about the economy, too.

It’s not hard to know why these two “forgot” that their beloved Donald Trump and once-beloved George W. Bush cut taxes that disproportionately benefited themselves and their wealthy pals. Nor did they mention how Republicans are chomping at the bit to cut Social Security and Medicare while pretending to want to save it. It’s because they are all pretending to care about the middle class in order to dupe them into supporting more of the same help-the-rich policies.
