Justice Alito Tries, Fails Miserably To Explain Flag Scandal
No one believes you, Mr. Man.
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito is under fire after news revealed that he flew the upside-down American flag—the same symbol adopted by some Trump supporters who deny the election results—outside his home in the days following the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection. Alito, of course, blamed his wife, but that story doesn't hold water for several reasons. The Justice claimed that his wife, Martha-Ann Alito, flew the flag in response to a neighbor who displayed a "F--- Trump" sign that was within 50 feet of where children await the school bus. Except, there is a problem with that.
An old neighbor of mine had a banner facing my home that said, "Fuck Biden, and fuck you if you voted for him." So, we got a banner facing his home that read, "Trump Lost. LOL." And I'm not a Supreme Court Justice. If I were, I would have ignored the alleged sign. Alito's story doesn't help his case. Alito ran to Fox News's Shannon Bream for damage control. He said his wife spoke with those neighbors about the sign, but the conversation was not well received. OK, that deserved a 'stop the steal' flag flying over a Supreme Court Justice's home? Idiot.
Let's just say that the interview appears to be rigged. That's a go-to MAGA word that he should understand.
Alito knew what the symbolism meant.
The problem is that the Supreme Court is not accountable. Because of that, we now have the most corrupt Supreme Court in history, and this flag scandal isn't helping their credibility. Expand the court.
