Wingers completely freaked out the last time the Romney campaign made the slightest approving nod to Romneycare -- and this is a full-throated endorsement from the candidate himself.

And since he's arguing that there's nothing that "shows more empathy and care about the people of this country" than extending health insurance to all of its citizens, Romney just gave tacit approval to ObamaCare.
