It appears Dana, like most wingnuts these days, doesn't seem to know what the First Amendment is. So here it is in its entirety, just for kicks:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Now, I'm not exactly sure what the federal government's regulation of employer-based health insurance policies has to do with the First Amendment -- and it appears I have company.

But based on the GOP primary, Republicans seem absolutely determined these days to lock down those elusive 27 percenters -- and to hell with everyone else.

Great political strategy, that.
