Kurt Schlichter is a Breitbart blogger, California lawyer, and third-tier wingnut media figure, who, in his spare time, fires off a lot of SRWTs. This one was apparently in reference to reports that Obama was going to Vice President Biden's remarks about President Obama using executive orders on gun control.

Naturally, as Dave Weigel pointed out after the Drudge-induced right-wing freakout, there's nothing the least bit "extra-Constitutional" about them.

But you see just how radical these people are.

Don't think what the government is doing is Constitutional? Just refuse to comply!

Now, there's always been a subset of nuts in America who are absolutely convinced that there's nothing in the Constitution about income taxes, and therefore, genuinely believe that they don't have to pay them. These people often wind up in jail after they test this theory.

This is increasingly mainstream thinking on the right.
