Wingnuts just can't make up their mind. Sometimes, Obama is a ruthless dictator, showering the globe with "illegal" drone strikes and recklessly starting wars -- and others, he's a weak appeaser, afraid to stand up to The Terrorists.

Apparently, Fox News contributor Richard Grenell is in the latter camp, and thinks the president who surged in Afghanistan, intervened in Libya, and killed bin Laden is "retreating" from al Qaeda or something.

It would be nice if they got their story straight.
