St. Louis County prosecutor's office confirmed yesterday that the Ferguson Police Department didn’t file a report after the shooting death of Michael Brown, leading to the assumption that Darren Wilson did not write one on the advice from his lawyer or the department's orders, completely contrary to police procedure.
