During this Thursday's town hall, while telling an audience member that community health centers are supposedly an adequate replacement for Planned Parenthood, House Speaker Paul Ryan lies about tax dollars paying for abortions and is reminded by Jake Tapper that the Hyde Amendment prevents that from happening.
