The above video shows the DC police attempting to arrest the last Occupy D.C. protester who had attached himself to the top of the barn-like structure built by the Occupy D.C. group for shelter from the cold weather. The protester on the roof's name is David, apparently, as the crowd is cheering for him from below. The police - with the aid of a cherry-picker - have had David "hog-tied" according to the narrator, and after nearly 20 minutes it seems he has been captured, but breaks away and re-attaches himself to the roof. The narrator describes David being beaten with police batons, and still he puts up this valiant effort to continue to "occupy" the roof. He is finally pulled off by his legs and brought down to be arrested, with the narrator of the video clip promising more video related to David, and why he fought so hard to remain on that roof.

To summarize the day in D.C., police made 31 arrests on Sunday after members of the "Occupy D.C." protest group constructed a wooden structure in McPherson Square overnight.

Park Police and D.C. police initially ordered protestors to dismantle the structure, but their request was refused. A few protestors began scuffling with police, after which arrests were made.

A group of protestors were seen on the roof of the 30-foot-high building while police kept the crowd back with caution tape and tore out pieces from the bottom. More arrests were made after protestors attempted to break through the tape to aid the protestors on the roof.

After the last protester, "David," was forcibly arrested, the D.C. and park police dismantled the structure Sunday night.
