Huckabee, Inhofe: Obama Violated Federal Law To Promote Climate Agenda

Climate denier Senator Jim Inhofe called in to climate denier Mike Huckabee's radio show on Monday to discuss global warming and the Obama administration's plans to deal with it.

Organizing for Action (OFA) of violating federal law in their push to combat climate change. Inhofe has called for an investigation (Of course!) to determine if the administration is coordinating with OFA on political activities in violation of the Hatch Act.

Inhofe claims that because the Environmental Protection Agency is working on climate rules, and OFA is working to promote climate action, there must be some manner of illegal something-or-other.

Personally, I think that Inhofe is just miffed because last week OFA delivered "Climate Denier Awards" in the shape of unicorns to members of Congress, and of course Inhofe received one.

Aside from attempting to create a new scandal, the segment on Huckabee's show was just another opportunity to rehash the pair's faux scientific facts about global warming: "We go through these 30-year cycles," and "We went into a leveling-out period about eight years ago," then last-but-not-least, "You have to have CO2. It's a form of fertilizer to grow things."

Huckabee added a few of his own faux facts, but what stands out most to me on his part is that while running in the 2007 Republican presidential primary, he supported a cap-and-trade plan to cut emissions. Then one day he not only didn't support cap and trade, he denied ever supporting it at all.
