The Ikettes were, at various times, a trio or a quartet and played host and revolving door to a galaxy of singers who went on to achieve their own fame over the years.

The backbone to the Ike & Tina Turner Revue, they were also famous in their own right with a string of top-40 hits to their credit throughout the 1960s and early 70s.

One of those hits was the 1965 classic Peaches n' Cream which quickly soared to #36 when it was released in April of 1965 and which we're playing tonight.
