Massey Coal Mine Disaster and the need for something to be done to protect the safety of those workers and rails against anyone who is attacking labor unions and the Employee Free Choice Act. As Ed rightfully notes if the miners had been unionized they might have had a chance to do something to protect themselves from the hazardous conditions in the mines.
