Matthews: Well he was the head of FEMA for all those years. It wasn't like we just came up with the guy.

Dean: Exactly... precisely the point... precisely the point and look what they did. So he may have been reflecting on how things were run in the previous White House but I don't think he has much knowledge of how they are running this White House.
